The task for each HistoryMaker is to help finish the job of taking the Gospel to
all the world. This involves you being a witness - first in your own village, town
or city then to your nation and the ends of the earth. When Jesus gave us the Great Commission, it wasn't just to a minority at that time, it was for all
believers everywhere – for all of time. 2000 years on, there are still over 6,000 un-reached people groups. It begins right where you are; in your family, with your neighbours, among your friends. Maybe it's to the man in the street. Being
a world-changer starts right here.
There is the possibilty that you'll be called to the other side of the world,
perhaps to the Middle East or maybe to Asia. There are 2.6 billion un-reached people on this planet and most live far away. Either way, you have to Send
or Go! You have to play a part - you can be a world-changer!
We are convinced that God has this “world-changing, history-making” role for every Christian in His global purpose. Whether people go to distant countries of stay at home is not the most important issue. What matters most is what people are hungry to discover: vision to live a life of purpose, to be part of "His-Story" – to be fueled with the kind of Passion that Jesus displayed. Discovering that vision and passion and helping to make it happen is what HistoryMakers is all about.
